Each piece of Miagold Jewelry is made to order, so please keep this in mind before placing your order.

We celebrate the uniqueness of handcrafted jewelry, where small imperfections or maker’s marks add character and individuality to each piece. However, if your jewelry has a genuine defect, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.

If either applies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at miagoldstore@gmail.com. We may request photos of the item or require it to be returned. If a return is necessary, we will provide the appropriate return address.

To be eligible for a return, all jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for securely shipping return items using a tracked service.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges, except in cases where you receive an item different from the one ordered.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Your item has not shipped within 10 weeks, and you have not received email updates regarding its status.
  • A production defect causes your jewelry to break or become nonfunctional.

Each case of damaged or defective jewelry is assessed individually. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please email us at miagoldstore@gmail.com with details of your issue.
