How long do you take to ship?

Pieces that are made-to-order take between 4-8 weeks to create and ship. Ready to ship pieces will ship within 2-4 business days. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. To check if we ship to your location, simply enter your address at checkout.

Do you take custom orders?

At the moment, custom orders are closed while focusing on upcoming collections. There may be made-to-order pieces that can have metal color adjusted (eg; from yellow gold to rose or white gold) or a gem swapped to an alternate gem of equal size/shape to suit your preference. What materials do you use in your jewelry?

Miagold is a huge advocate for using high quality materials that will last you a lifetime (and longer!). All of our pieces will be solid 14k or 18k gold or sterling silver .925 to ensure your jewelry can grow old with you. Our made-to-order handmade pieces are well crafted, substantial, and never hollowed out. Any gems included will be 100% natural or heat treated, and sourced from trusted vendors in the industry.

Is Your Jewelry Hypoallergenic?

Yes! Our jewelry is made from solid 14K or 18K gold and .925 sterling silver, which are naturally hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.

Are your Jewlery Eco-Friendly?

Are handmade items imperfect?

All handmade items will be clearly marked and photographed on its listing page, allowing you to see it up close and personal. We stand by our quality and craftsmanship, however, handmade pieces may sometimes have small imperfections due to the nature of it being made completely by hand. We love the character and human connection this brings to our jewelry, and will always photograph pieces honestly for you to make those decisions for yourself. 

Are the Earrings Heavy?

I’m committed to creating lightweight, comfortable jewelry that you can wear for hours without discomfort or stretching your lobes. That being said, "light" feels different for everyone, so the exact weight of each pair is listed in grams in the product description to help you choose the perfect fit.
